      • Transfer from or to the international airport for 1 or 2 persons: us$ 45 (one way trip).

      • Per booking an administration fee of us$ 16.99 is charged. This fee is non-refundable.
      • All mentioned prices are including all taxes.
    • Payments
      • Prepayment of 20% at time of booking, with a minimum of Euro 100.
      • Complete payment 30 days before check in.
      • When check in is less than 30 days before time of booking, complete payment at time of booking.
      • Accepted creditcards: MasterCard and Visa (surcharge 5%).
      • Banktransfer possible to our Dutch, Curacao or Surinamese bankaccount.
  • Terms and Conditions

    • A pre-payment is required to guarantee your reservation (20% of total amount). Final payment 30 days before check in. If booking is made less than 30 days preceding to check in date, complete payment must be done at booking.

    • Payments are be made by providing us with valid credit card information. We have a surcharge of 5% on credit card payments. Credit card payments are processed in USD (United States Dollars). For determination of exchange rate between Euro and USD we use the website www.coinmill.com. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks and/or credit card companies, which are not within our control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.

    • If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please say YES to this question asked during the booking process: "Do you want to pay via a banktransfer (and not pay creditcard surcharge). Yes/No. (please be noted creditcard details must always be provided)". Our bank account is in The Netherlands. This will also save you 5% credit card charge, but any bank costs are for your account. We must receive the bank transfer within 7 days after reservation otherwise we reserve the option to cancel the reservation. We send you a seperate mail with our bank account details.

    • If for some reason the full payment was not done before check in, at check in the full payment has to be done with cash, creditcard or debetcard before handed the key to your apartment.

  • Cancellation policy

    • General

      Kekemba Resort Paramaribo Online Reservation Service does not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies as explained below.

      Per cancellation an administration fee of Euro 15 will be subtracted from the money returned.

      It must be clearly understood that any changes in policies will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

      We advise to obtain a cancellation and/or travel insurance that covers your stay.

    • Cancelation Low Season

      •4 Weeks before requested arrival date - Full refund.
      •Between 3 weeks & 4 weeks before requested arrival date - 50% Refund
      •Between 2 weeks & 1 week before requested arrival date - 25% Refund
      •Between 1 week & check in - No Refund
      •In case of No show & Early Check out - No Refund

      A fixed administration fee of Euro 15 per cancellation will be subtracted from the refund.

       

    • Cancelation High Season

      •5 Weeks before requested arrival date - Full refund.
      •Between 5 weeks & 3 weeks before requested arrival date - 50% Refund
      •Between 3 weeks & 2 weeks before requested arrival date - 25% Refund
      •Between 2 weeks & check in - No Refund
      •In case of No show & Early Check out - No Refund

      Even if 1 day of your stay is in the peak season, the whole reservation will be considered as peak season reservation.

      A fixed administration fee of Euro 15 per cancellation will be subtracted from the refund.

    • .Administrative Charges

      When payed with credit card: the 5% credit card charge is non refundable.
      Refunds are always done by bank transfer. You pay for the transfer costs, if any.
      When reservation is done with a Non Refundable discount rate, restrictions apply. When booked with Non Refundable Down Payment, the downpayment amount will not be refunded. When booked with Non Refundable Full Payment, the complete payment will not be refunded.

    • Shortening of stay after check in (early check out)

      No refund. We advise to obtain a cancellation and/or travel insurance that covers your stay. 5. No Show (Non-use of reservation) In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the resort is booked in your name, and we cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied awating your (perhaps late) arrival.

    • No Show (Non-use of reservation)

      In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the resort is booked in your name, and we cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied awating your (perhaps late) arrival.

      If for some reason a payment is still open, with your next booking this payment for this no-show booking will be added to your new booking.
